The story
The story
Pact started as an idea from an adviser: clients should arrive already booked in, not as cold leads to chase. I took the idea and built the whole business around it.
A client answers a few questions and picks a time. One adviser sees the case, claims it with credits and meets them in a private video room. Each client is introduced to one adviser, not sold to a list, and it's free for the client.
Every financial adviser is checked against the FCA Register before they can claim a client. Pact covers 15 advice areas, from mortgages and pensions to wills, lasting powers of attorney and tax.
What I built
- 01The brand: name, logo, colours, app icon and social kit
- 02Public website and a client questionnaire across 15 advice areas
- 03Adviser marketplace with credits, billing and refunds for no-shows
- 04Automatic FCA Register checks and re-checks for every adviser
- 05Private Google Meet rooms and calendar invites for each claimed intro
- 06Admin console: finance, support tickets, audit logs, campaigns
- 07Email, phone and login verification, trusted devices and rate limits
- 08Pact for Mac and Windows, plus iPhone and Android apps on the same code
